Let me tell you a little about how we started... We are first and foremost enthusiasts, we LOVE ALL Cars Mopar, Chevy, Ford - you name it we have had them all. All of us here at RS&MC have extensive collections and Passion for these special cars. We have all camps represented here.

This company is truly a hobby gone wild story:

We are all perfectionists and want things done the right way the first time, and done the first time right!! We got tired of the excuses from the body shops and the delays they ALL seem to have, and the nickel and dime mentality they all shared.

The founding members of Rock Stars and Muscle cars are top executives with high profile jobs, and understand how to run an efficient first class organization. Our goal is to produce the highest quality restorations at the best possible price and delivery. We consistently invest into the business, and hire the top craftsman we can and arm them with state of the art tools.

Lance Jones - President / C.E.O.
Lance Jones an avid motor head since he was able to turn a steering wheel, started racing go karts competitively the World Cart Assoc. and International Karting Assoc at the age of 14.

He competed in the Enduro Class and raced on most major road courses in the East, like Watkins Glen, Road Atlanta, Daytona and Mid- Ohio. After college he drove SCCA sports cars and the historic racing series in a McClaren MGBGT.

Lance graduated into professional racing and competed in the IMSA (International Motor sports Association) for many years. Lance drove GTU Mazda RX7’s, then ultimately prototyped GTP cars. He was fortunate enough to drive Porsche Fab cars Mazda Tigas and Buick Royals.

His 3rd place in Camel Lights Class in the 12 hrs. of Sebring was a high light of his professional racing career.

Lance has successfully worked for the Xerox Corp., owned Performance and Classic Cars in Altanta Georgia and was a member of the Disney Channel launch team. He has owned an interest in a cable company in Palm Beach, Florida and spent 2 yrs. scuba diving with a team searching for the last 1715 Spanish Treasure Fleet that sunk in a hurricane off the east coast of Florida.

Currently as an executive with Klipsch Audio Technologies, he works closely developing the “Best of Class” Klipsch loudspeakers to companies like Hard Rock, Regal Cinemas, United Artists and AMC.

His circle of good friends include fellow muscle car enthusiasts Little Steven Van Zant (Sopranos/ Bruce Springsteen of the E street band), Dylan Mc Dermott ( The Practice) Al Jardine, The Beach Boys (also Godfather to his youngest daughter Serenna) and a host of good-natured collectors that mutually enjoy the passion of muscle car collecting.

Lance is happily married to his wife Carrie of 20 yrs. They have 2 beautiful and very talented girls, Savannah and Serenna.

He is the co-owner a funky restoration shop Muscle Cars and Handle Bars in Orlando, Florida where his work is performed. They restores all brands of classic and muscle cars, including complete rotisserie to return them to their original condition. The shop is called Muscle Cars and Handle Bars where they restored Al Jardine’s 1971 Plum Crazy 426 Shaker Hood Hemi Cuda, among other cars.

David Disckind - Owner / Captain of the Ship

Meet David Disckind, our Captain of the Ship and co-owner here at Muscle Cars and Handle Bars. David grew up here in Orlando, attending first grade through Graduation as an engineer from UCF.

David moved to Texas and was an extremely successful Mechanical Engineer for 30 years. There he raised his family, and also served on City Boards for 16 years. He served as president and newsletter editor for his Austin Car Club and began to collect and restore his own cars back in 1978.

Muscle Cars are in David's blood. So much so that when he retired from engineering in 2009 he had plans to open his own Muscle Car Business in Texas. But one day, during a visit home to see his family, he came across www.MuscleCarsandHandleBars.com and the rest is history. After speaking with Lance and Paul, he just had to join the team and live his dream. Welcome home David !

Steve Kubalek - General Manager / Lighthouse Keeper

General Manager of Dealership Operations , Steve comes to us with 36 years

of experience managing Factory Franchised Dealerships, starting out in 1974 with

Oldsmobile ,and ending in 2008 with Volkswagen. Steve has been involved in

serving auto enthusiasts in the Orlando and Central Florida area since 1972 !

He say's " Now it's time to have fun with Muscle Cars ."

Steve has always been fascinated with power, performance, and business , having

grown up at his Grandfather's airport in Solon , Ohio, where vintage airplanes and

and cars were restored . He became a member of the Civil Air Patrol at age 12 ,

eventually received his pilots license , and served in the U.S. Navy Air Force

Reserves.

Steve has always been active in serving the community . Starting in the 70's as a

director with the Winter Park JC's , he has helped with M.A.D.D. and most

recently provided vehicles and other resources to the Orange County Sherrifs

Dept. He is a strong supporter of the D.A.R.E and "Officer Gruff" programs,

working with school age children . Steve is married with 4 daughters and 3

wonderful grandsons. When he's not enjoying work , he likes to go fishing, flying

boating , and as an SSI Advanced Open Water diver ,scuba diving and snorkeling

It's great to have him on the team!

Roger Menn - Internet Sales Manager / Event Manager

Paul Drennan-Sales Manager

Meet Paul Drennan , our Sales Manager here at Muscle Cars and Handle Bars. Paul is originally from Framingham, Mass. and now now resides here in Orlando, Fl. Paul's unique talents with 19+ years in the automobile business, combined with over 30 years in the entertainment business has enhanced his skills to successfully lead the sales and consignment services here at Muscle Cars and Handle Bars. Muscle Cars and Custom Motorcycles are truly a passion with Paul. A peek in his garage will attest to that. We invite you to call Paul if you are interested in any of our cars. You will find Paul's knowledge and attitude to be very refreshing. He will be glad to assist you in any way.
